At M & M Concrete Pouring, customer satisfaction matters to us. We are committed to providing quality workmanship and clear communication on every project.

Estimates

All estimates are free and do not require payment. Because estimates are non-binding, no refunds apply at this stage.

Deposits

If a deposit is required for a project:

• Deposits are used to secure scheduling, materials, and labor.

• Deposits may be refundable if a project is canceled before work begins, subject to any materials already purchased or costs incurred.

• Once materials have been ordered or work has started, deposits may be non-refundable.

Completed Work

Due to the nature of concrete work:

• Refunds are not provided once work has been completed, as concrete is a permanent installation.

• If there is a concern with workmanship, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can evaluate and address the issue in a fair and timely manner.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Late cancellations may result in fees to cover scheduling, labor, or material costs.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our work and aim to resolve any issues through communication and corrective action when appropriate, rather than refunds. Our goal is to ensure the final result meets agreed-upon expectations.
