Scheduling and Weather

Concrete work is weather-dependent. M & M Concrete Pouring reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payments

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate project information
Ensuring access to the job site
Obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed

M & M Concrete Pouring is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information.

Workmanship

We take pride in quality workmanship and stand behind our work. Concrete is a natural material, and variations in color, texture, or minor cracking may occur and are considered normal characteristics of concrete.

Liability

M & M Concrete Pouring is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, underground utilities not disclosed, or acts of nature.
